Specialist Workshops and Modules

Overview

The IMPACT Program includes specialist workshops and modules that takes the foundational IMPACT content and methods (taught through the training and accreditation system) to specialist applications and individual contexts. This selection of workshops are continuously expanding through community collaborations. Participants completing the below workshops are invited to go to IMPACT Online and complete a reflective component and provide feedback. They will then be emailed their accreditation certificate and have the workshop linked to their online learning record. 

The workshops are categorised across the following themes:

  1. Community Services, Children and Families – workshops that focus on supporting children, young people and families with complex needs. 
  2. Education and Schools – workshops that are dedicated to educational and school settings. 
  3. Wellbeing and Resilience Skills – workshops and training dedicated to building community mental health and wellbeing outcomes.

Community Services, Children and Families

Overview

IMPACT offers a suite of specialist application workshops that takes the IMPACT content to supporting children, young people and families with complex needs.  The following 3-hour workshops are delivered by a psychologist at the IMPACT Trainer level, supported by an IMPACT Coach or Trainer. These workshops are designed to be delivered in-house and tailored to the individual community. LBI Foundation offer a public event calendar where these workshops are offered to the community.

Education

Wellbeing and Resilience Skills

Overview

IMPACT offers a suite of specialist application workshops that takes the IMPACT content to supporting community members develop core wellbeing and resilience skills.  The following 1-hour workshops are delivered by an IMPACT Trainer. These workshops are designed to be delivered in-house and tailored to the individual community. The six skills are also available to be delivered through a one-day workshop.
