IMPACT Online is the dedicated learning management system and online resource hub for the IMPACT Program. It is used in the following ways: 

1. Finalise Accreditation – after conducting a training or specialist workshop or module, IMPACT trainees are provided an online link to complete a brief reflective activity, and then their workshop or training certificate is emailed out to them. 
2. Workshop and Training Feedback – trainees provide feedback on the the workshops and training conducted to support continuous improvement. 
3. Learning Record – the site provides a centralised learning record of all workshops and training conducted as part of the IMPACT Program. This can be downloaded at anytime. 
4. Online Resource Portal for IMPACT Coaches – IMPACT Coaches are provided member only access to higher level resources, videos, factsheets and modules to support and empower their local communities.
